RULES –
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING ALL entries BEFORE the day of the show –
entries close at midnight on the DATE GIVEN per schedule via the website or the schedule.
Numbers in classes will be limited according to current guidelines on a 1st come 1st served basis.
A final timetable with numbers in classes will be published on FB page on the Friday before the show.
You will be advised of your number when entering – YOU are responsible for making this number and displaying it clearly on your back/bridle.
If you have any Covid symptoms you MUST NOT attend the show.

It is YOUR responsibility to provide yourself with hand sanitiser/wipes and any PPE you feel necessary.
It is the competitor’s responsibility to arrive at the ring on time for their class/es.
NO general public spectators, ONLY those associated with competitors.
NO toilets open on site for competitors.
Please take all your own rubbish home with you.
Riders must wear correct riding /footwear and riding hats. All hats must be to the current British Safety Standard. If horse and/or rider fall, they must leave the ring dismounted immediately – this is part of our insurance conditions and in line with current BHS/BEF health and safety guidelines.
Unacceptable behaviour of person or animal will result in dismissal from the show. It is recommended that all competitors have their own insurance.
Please keep a approx safe distance from people, Guildline is 2 Meters per person
We advise face masks to be used in any built up area of people where 2 meters can not be avoided.
The Committee accept no responsibility for loss or injury to horses, riders, spectators. vehicles or property.
Objections are to be made in writing to the show secretary on completion of the event with a deposit of £20. Any persons making frivolous objections forfeit their deposit.
The Judges decision is final.
All Riders must wear correct riding clothes, footwear and riding hats with chin straps which must be worn and fastened at all times when mounted.
All hats must be to the current British Safety Standard.
No animal under 4 years may be ridden on the field.
Age of rider and horse as on the day of the show.
The Committee reserves the right to withdraw any event or prize due to poor support or bad weather.
All competitors must be able to control their horses.
Classes may be split at the judges discretion
No class will wait for a competitor. Once competitors are called in to the ring by the steward and the judge is ready, the class will commence.
No cantering in the spectator, parking area or between show rings. Please note offenders will be asked to leave the field
